Pentax indicates its istDS is the market’s smallest and lightest digital SLR. The silver version is identical to the original specs-wise, offering 6.1 megapixels and full compatibility with all Pentax’s various lenses - old and new. The *istDS Silver is out in April 05 with a guide price of $800.00 (with 18-55mm DA Lens), making it a pretty affordable SLR.
