Pentax’s 5 megapixel Optio S45 has been reviewed at Digital Camera Buyer Magazine and here’s the verdict. “This is a well priced entry level camera. Some flaws in image quality and operations let it down a little, but it is a good value nonetheless.”

- Many shots lack fine detail
- Confusing control layout
