PCAdvisor – 11 March’08 – reviews the Panasonic Lumix DMC-L10 and feels it has a clunky mode wheel. Here’s a summary of their review -
“Thanks to the Leica lens photos from the L10 are really sharp with properly rendered colors. However, the auto white balance did struggle a little from shot to shot. Since Panasonic is relatively new to the DSLR scene they’ve migrated a lot of their point-and-shoot features into the L10 like the face recognition. One feature the reviewer didn’t like very much was the auto sensitivity which chooses the right sensitivity setting for you – which is frustrating if you prefer to handle that yourself.”
Cameras.co.uk – 5/29/2007 – reviews the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX10 and they write, “There is more to the Panasonic DMC FX10 than its low price tag. It is hard to think of a better pocket sized digital camera available at a lower price. Picture quality may not be perfect, but it is some way above average.”
CNET – 5/26/2007 – has reviewed the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX10 and they write, “If you’re not too picky about your images, as many snapshooters aren’t, you’ll likely be pleased with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX10. For its price range, it’s a solidly built camera that performs well. Plus, its image stabilization gives it a welcomed edge. If you’re willing to spend more money, you can definitely find a better camera, but in its price range, the DMC-FX10 is a good deal.”
