Like most new camera rumors, now you see it and now you don’t. folks over at CNET.co.uk have run a very authentic article disclosing information on the rumored Olympus E30.
The new E30 is 12.3 CMOS sensor DSLR that features the same 11-point autofocus system as the E-3, 2.7? tilt & swivel LCD, built-in electronic level, and in camera art filters that include soft focus, pale and light, grainy film, light tone, pinhole and pop art.
According to CNET.co.uk, “The Yanks will be paying an estimated street price of $1,300 (£820), with a refreshed Zuiko 14-54mm II f2.8-3.5 (28-108mm equivalent) costing about $600 (£380). It’ll be out stateside in January 2009.”
