Make Impossible Real Estate Pictures Possible - The Secret Revealed: 99.5 percent of all real estate photographs on flyer’s, ads, and the Internet have one major weakness. This weakness literally cripples the effectiveness of most real estate photographs.
The following technique will completely eliminate the weakness. How does EVERYBODY take a photo of the exterior a home?
You guessed right. You move back as far as you need to until you have the entire house in the photo. Including trees, shrubs, parked cars, signs, fences, sidewalks etc. etc.
Not with the photo stitching technique!
With photo stitching you stand right in front of the house and take a series of overlapping photos and then let the special software seamlessly blend them together into one beautiful image minus the trees, shrubs, parked cars, signs, fences, sidewalks etc. etc.
To illustrate the point.
How many times you heard this comment about photographs…?
You should have been there! The photo just doesn’t do it justice! We have all not only heard it, we’ve said it.
Using photo stitching allows real estate agents to create photographs that provide maximum information.
Stitched Photos Examples
Every real estate agent has at one time or another said to themselves, “I wish the picture showed more.”
Here’s how to show it all!
A photo of a living room using a standard digital camera and
“trying” to get as much of the room as possible in one picture.
Same room however this time 4 different “overlapping” photos were
“stitched” together to create a much more effective marketing photo.
Notice how the stitched photo provides a lot more information?
Here’s a small kitchen… It’s almost impossible to show the entire kitchen.
Same kitchen… Stitched using 3 different photos.
Now you can “see” the whole kitchen?
