I was most disappointed after buying the 873 to see that it did not have image stabilisation. With no standard USB connection at the camera, that is another minus. How long will the small USB adapter block and fine connection in the camera body last? And finally what is the point of Easyshare. With my sony cameras they are treated like a memory stick and I can access the contents and manipulate the shots anyway I like even under linux. I don't wish to use Windows or Easyshare. Trying to tie users to proprietary software is not smart. I would not recommend this camera.
