Interesting report from a UK insurance company shows digital camera owners are pretty creative when it comes to figuring out ways of destroying their cameras.
Nearly three quarters of claims were from owners dropping their camera onto a hard surface, into water or falling while holding their camera. It appears water claims a lot of cameras, one in four insurance claims are from the camera owner dropping the camera into water – ranging from baths to rock pools and rivers.
