Digital Camera Tracker welcomes Yoshi Hyasaki as our new camera review guest editor. Yoshi is an avid photographer and has had over 15 years of professional photographic experience in Japan and has recently moved to the U.S. We are excited to have Yoshi join us because we are confident he’ll add a fun and interesting dimension to our camera review section.
Yoshi is acclimating to life in the U.S. remarkably well however, adjusting to any new culture holds its share of challenges, surprises, and at times, a little confusion. We’re excited to see what kinds of comments Yoshi will share with all of us in the camera review section. We were really surprised when Yoshi explained the cultural differences in regards to digital cameras. In Japan, Yoshi says that it is common for consumers to buy and sell their digital cameras, regularly. Which means the average Japanese digital camera owner literally has hands on experience with many brands and has a much greater expectation of product capability.
Yoshi will add his own comments at the end of our regular camera review. You’ll know it’s a “Yoshi Comment” because he’ll begin his comment with the Kanji characters
which stands for “Truth.”
