Digital Camera Tracker Provides Solution To Real Estate Agents #1 Photo Problem: Real estate agents across the world face the same problems when photographing the exterior of a home, clutter. Clutter comes in the form of parked cars, trees, shrubs, utility poles, signs and the list goes on. To get the full exterior view of a home real estate agents jockey around until they get the entire home minus as much of the clutter as they can.
Wide angle lenses can be used but because of the increased coverage what generally happens is more clutter is included in the photo.
There is a solution to getting the perfect exterior home photo. Here is a classic real estate photo problem, clutter. There is simply no way to get close enough to get the entire outside of the home and yet when you move back far enough to get it all, look what you get?
The solution is use photo stitching software that combines several photos into one. That way you can walk up much closer (minus the cars, trees, lines and shrubs) to the homes exterior and take a series of photos and then combine them into one. Without using the photo stitching technique the following photograph would literally be impossible to create.

Here is another example of standing across the street and getting the entire exterior plus the tree, street and sign. No way around it.

This time I stood on the sidewalk right in front of the home and took three photos and then used stitching (free) software to combine the clutterless images.

What happens when you simply do not have enough room to move back to show everything, as in this view of the back of the home? In the following photo my back was literally against the fence and at the cameras widest angle of view this is all I could get.

Knowing that I could combine several images I walked up closer to the back of the home and took a sequence of four photos. Notice how the resulting photo shows everything.

Photo stitching gives far more flexibility and tremendous control over photos.
