Digital Camera Tracker - Exceptional eBay Photos Part 1: This EASY to build project will enable you to achieve results like the pros for your small to medium size eBay items.

Use this inexpensive and easy to build photographic light table to transform your item photos from plain to professional quality.

Light Table Frame

This is the basic frame of the light table. The entire frame is built with PVC irrigation 1/2" tubing available at Home Depot. This frame costs less than $15.00 total to build! The frame is 58" tall, 26" deep, and 24" wide. Of course you could make the frame any dimensions you choose. The black light stands and reflectors were purchased from a pawn shop for $55.00. The two silver refelctors were purchased at Home Depot for $7.95 each. Below you’ll find the SECRET weapon for taking GREAT digital photos.

Light Table Frame with White Plastic Insert

Notice how you could hang lights all over this thing to get just the right kind of light!

Light Table Frame Front View

Notice how you could hang lights all over this stand to get just the right lighting effect!

Light Table Frame Close-up

I’ve puposely not glued the members that join the sides of the frame. This allows the entire frame to be stored flat when not in use and gluing the side members stiffens the frame consideratbly.
Notice how I used 90 degree elbows and "T’s" to build the bottom and top of the frame.

Secret Weapon

"Daylight Balanced" High Wattage Fluorescent Bulbs. Kind of hard to find but make a few phone calls to lighting shops etc and if you have to special order them, do it. This type of bulb gives PERFECT light, they burn VERY cool, and LAST forever! You’ll run out of items to photograph before you burn these things out. Mine cost about $15.00 each. Once you use this type of lighting you will never use anything else unless it’s for a special effect.
