“The Sony DSC-S600 is a good value, all-round entry-level camera, though because it’s been built down to a price it’s unlikely to satisfy experienced photographers. Cameras UK has reviewed the 6 megapixel Sony Cyber-shot DSC S600 and other than a flaw in the macro capability it’s a great camera at a reasonable price. They continue to write - “If you are looking for a digital camera without breaking the bank then the Sony DSC S600 is one for your shortlist. In terms of picture quality and shutter lag times it puts many more expensive digital cameras to shame. It is also easy to use and offers more megapixels per pound then almost any other camera. Recommended.”
