<p>Professional Photographer Magazine (<a href="http://www.ppmag.com/web-exclusives/2008/11/product-comparison-white-balan-1.html#more" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">ppmag.com</a>) has an in-depth review and comparison of popular white balance filters. PPMag authors note that if the available number of white balance products is any indication of photographers’ interest in creating a neutral color balance then the interest level must be pretty high.</p>
<p>White balance is not as much an issue when shooting RAW (because of post production flexibility with RAW), however, when photographing with JPEG white balance becomes MUCH more critical.</p>

Ken writes, &#8220;I get the shots I do by setting my camera to give me the images I want. Every camera has these adjustments, although the cheapest may hide them.</p>
<p>The two most important technical things about your camera are your settings of exposure and color. Sharpness and noise aren&#8217;t important.&#8221;</p>
