Ephotozine reviews the 10 megapixel Canon PowerShot A640 digital camera and they write - “For a budget range camera to have a selection of full-feature camera modes, a flip-out LCD and a 10Mp resolution is something of a surprise. The A640 is a willing, lightweight and convenient little camera that can taken anywhere and used without drawing much attention to the photographer. The 10Mp is overkill and the result of packing those pixels in is that images are noisy, but fortunately, not to a significant degree at ISO 100.”
Canon PowerShot A640 Features:
- 4x optical zoom
- 2.5-inch vari-angle LCD display
- ISO to ISO 800
- 3:2 guide masks LCD to display 4 x 6-inch print size; 16:9 format option for still images
- Stores images on SD cards; powered by 4 AA-size batteries
